Are these thoughts often present in your mind...

- Why can’t I just fit in? I feel so different– like no one will ever understand me.
- I am always anxious and fearful something bad is going to happen.
- I’m not where I thought I would be in life and I’m not sure what to do about it.
We help you find clarity and calm so you can live a life you love.

Frequently asked questions
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this window will not incur any fees. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of $100 will be charged.
What happens if I miss my appointment without canceling?
Do you accept insurance?
What happens if you don't take my insurance?
We can still work together! You can use private pay or use your out-of-network insurance coverage if your plan includes “out-of-network benefits,” such as Beacon, Aetna, and Cigna PPO plans. We recommend calling the 800 number on your insurance card to confirm your coverage details, including any deductibles, co-payments, and authorization requirements. Please note that clients are financially responsible for any payments their insurance company does not cover. If you are using out-of-network coverage, you must pay our full fee at the time of the session, and we will provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
